LeapPad 2 or something else?
Does anyone's DD/DS have a LeadPad 2. Thinking of getting one for DD. Would love to hear reviews. We have an iPad but would like something she can use that I wouldn't be worried if it accidentally broke.

Would love some feedback as well. We are really debating if the LeapPad would be good for DS or if it would just end up being another toy sitting on the side. He loves my Nook Tablet and Ipad and is great at using them.

i got the leap pad for my DD last Christmas when she was 4 and while she did and does like it, it just doesn't compete with IPAD for her. it's unfortunate b.c i think it is a great toy. she never uses the video feature and gets bored of the games more easily. she adores the ipad. if we didn't have that, i think she would be thrilled with the leap pad.
i was going to get one for DS but since he is now loving our ipad i am not so sure..
it's hard to say either way. i thought she would love it.
