Anyone cramp/have pain after IUI?
I have been so crampy since yesterday, and this morning I was spotting. The IUI yesterday was nothing. Didn't even feel a thing. When I went in today, she did the ultrasound, she said I had ovulated and there was a ton of fluid in there. She asked said it was enough fluid that if she didn't know I had only 3 mature follies she would think I made 10.
She said she thinks the spotting is from ovulating and the cramps are from the fluid. Has this happened to anyone else?

I never had any cramping from my 3 IUIs, but it's normal to have minor cramps. I don't think it should last very long, though.
As for the spotting, the dr probably irritated your cervix during the IUI. It should be light and stop within a day or so.

ita..i did not have cramping and we did 8 iui but i have def heard it is very common

I was very crampy with all 3 and spotted with iui #1 since the iui wasn't done very gently. If you are still feeling crampy in a couple of days call your dr back you can develop an infection and need antibiotics but I'm sure that's not the case.

11 IUI's and I was crampy after all of them...spotted after a few of them. if it lasts more than 2 days id just call the dr. but it should go away...
never heard of "a lot of fluid" indicating the amount of follicles you have...
good luck...!!!

Every time they went in there, I felt sore and crampy for a day or so.
