WOW! I can totally relate and see this. I really hope that we are paving the way for those coming behind us. I hope that they see how difficult the process can be and have support and alternatives for those in the future.

most definitely this process puts a person at risk for this...
I used to believe I was Soooo above letting it get to me and I was sooo grounded in facts and realities that the ups and downs would NEVER negatively affect me as I have seen it affect many of my very close friends..
you know what? ..I was friggin WRONG...totally deluding myself...after going through this for almost 5 years now it is only this year that i really feel the weight and i am trying to deal day by day....sometimes its very tough..and lonely

So true! And for all the trauma and disappointment, it has changed me...I can't say entirely for the better. It leaves scars.
