"Rocking out" in the middle of the night. HELP
DD is 7.5 months old and is starting the beggining stages of crawling for the last few weeks, she can go from sitting to her belly, crawls backwards, scoots etc.. Well all of these new found skills apparently are so exciting that she seems to be doing them in her sleep! She has been waking up in the middle of the night and just sitting up, or rocking on all fours. Most of the time she is ok and will just hang out or go back to sleep eventually, sometimes she seems to get stuck on the all fours rocking position and then she will strat to cry, bc she doesnt know hwo to get out of it. Im not complaining about having to wake up bc most iof the time she will fall back asleep on her own but she is waking up alot and always seems tired in the morning when she gets up for the day, whereas before she was always so well rested.
Is this common? Anything I can do to help her through this? Advice or Suggestions?
Thanks Ladies

Re: "Rocking out" in the middle of the night. HELP
My lo is only almost 4 months but I've noticed she will practice new skills in her sleep too! So funny/cute but after she learned to roll both ways she will toss side to side in her sleep and sometimes all the way over. She also has learned to laugh and will giggle in her sleep lol.
I don't have any advice but wanted to say it's probably very normal.
