Registry FYI - Chicco Keyfit 30
We registered for the Chicco Keyfit 30 infant car seat (~$190) and then a base (~$85), separately. As far as I know these things do not come together at BBB or Target, the two stores that we registered at.
We didn't get these items at the shower so we were going to buy them with gift cards when DH noticed Amazon was selling the Keyfit 30 in "Adventure" color WITH the base for the even a little bit less than the price Target has just for the car seat. Some other colors were a bit more $ for the seat/base combo on Amazon. And no tax.

If you did get your Keyfit and it came with the base, then disregard this post. We felt like idiots for almost paying $100 more for no reason.

1 base does come with the seat at BBB.

To my knowledge, they all come with a base. You can purchase an additional base separately.
