How did you find your nanny?
Unfortunately, DD will be unable to go straight into daycare when I go back to work so we will need a nanny for her for the time being.
We toyed with the idea for DSs in the past and did not have a good experience with the candidates we found on sittercity.com. I'm not entirely opposed to trying that again but was really hoping for alternate recommendations.

We found ours on sittercity, but we interviewed a lot before we found her.
