Talk me off the ledge...

So I am feeling anxious now...I am 6dp5dt..I caved and tested at 4dp5dt...dont ask me why...but I am CRAZY!!! It was negative so I started to get depressed even though I know it was early...then I started getting happy again since I remember that I was cramping 3-4 days after the ET so I was hopeful that it was too early...I was feeling sick last night since I was in the mood for pigs in a blanket...again crazy...and that was a BIG mistake...felt like I had to puke...DH kept saying I was pregnant since I smelled something gross and he said it was just the plastic on his kindle...I started getting worried now since he is really so excited and hopeful that this is going to work...he talked to my belly and said I am your daddy...I wanted to cry but all I could say was please stop doing that...I am not pregnant!!! He didnt care but now I am feeling sooooo down...This whole wait has been a roller coaster of emotions...I know that any symptom can be due to the progesterone but thinking about this not working is such a downer...I really have been negative about it...then I got hopeful and now I am back to negative...I dont plan on testing until Sunday night since my beta is monday...DH wants me to not test and wait for the beta results for a big surprise and I said he was INSANE and I could not bear the suspense...I cant wait to know either way...I hope that all my worrying is for nothing and we get a BFP but that nagging feeling that its not going to work is right there...

4dp5dt is definitely too early!! Do not lose hope because of the test you took. I know easier said than done, but try to remain positive. I remember right before my first cycle, some girl on here was talking about how she was telling everyone about her journey and how this time she knew it was going to work and then it did. I am really trying to have that positivity this time since last time I was negative Nancy the whole time.

I totally understand what you are going through though. Today I am 6dp3dt and would love to test, but I know it will not be accurate. I am still on the fence about whether or not I will test before my BETA. Last time I did and I was pretty much crying when the nurse took my blood telling her my appointment was a waste of money...

You are NOT CRAZY...(said the Crazy JulieLo who also tested at 4dp5dt...Since I have been on the baby journey I have always tested from my HcG trigger forward (to make sure the HCG was out of my system so I wasnt getting a false positive)...anyway....it is VERY VERY EARLY and a negative is more likely then a positive at this time...but that deosnt mean your not pregnant...thats why they wait 10 days...

What you are feeling is TOTALLY NORMAL and what we all go through when doing IVF. Your going to have ups and downs and although you want to be POSITIVE your afraid to because the disappointment if you arent pregnant is going to be so much worse so you try to remain hopeful which turns out being NEGATIVE.

Let go Let God (whoever your God is or what you believe in) its hard to kick the worry...but from experience, everything happens when its supposed to happen. I truely believe that Gods plan for us is greater then what we can even imagine. It happens on his time which always turns out to be the best time. Looking back going through my 5 years of IF--- if getting pregnant happened when I WANTED it too...things in my life would have been SOOOOOO MUCH DIFFERENT...Im so glad that it happened when it did...IT SUCKED WAITING and going through the HELL but it was worth everything!

Have hope and faith, we are all praying for you---we want this as badly for you as you do!!! Im sure Monday will be here before you know it, keep yourself busy busy busy and invision that baby growing in your belly...xoxoxoxox

I'm responding from my phone so this will be quick! Check my album. At the equivalent of 11dpo with my first Ivf, my line was soooooooo faint and that was with triplets!!! It's wayyyyyy too early. Put the sticks down and I'll complete my pep talk later in person!!

You are testing way too early! Wait until 8 days past your transfer then test.

I always said that this wait was worse than the iui 2ww because the stakes are so high. Look in the mirror and ask yourself what will change if you get a bfn.

Then think about how you increased your chances by doing ivf, getting good results, a great fert report and how there has been a good bfp ivf streak here lately~
