bug bites
I am hating these summer bugs!!
My 23 month old was in the yard for 30 minutes and he has FOUR bug bites on his face!
My question...do I put anything on them? He doesn't seem to be bothered by them. We took a bath and they don't seem red to me, but they do seem bigger in size. I am a nervous nelly so this is making me nervous that he is going to get sick!!! I am crazy, yes I know!

I am right there with you. I hate even taking my DD outside b/c I am so afraid of bites. I would call the ped tomorrow and ask what they recommend doing. Good luck!

bug bites
ugh.. at nearly two we would give AJ oral benedryl and tylenol to reduce the puffiness (caused by the histimaine?) and reduce the pain/swelling as well
Any time outside gives AJ tons of bites. Part of the summer drill for us. *sigh* and its time to get her some anti bug stuff for her school pack, thanks for the reminder.
