how long did you take fenugreek for help with your milk?
How long can you take it for? It increased my supply but then it went back down when I stoped so I started taking them again. Is there a timeline as to how long you can take them for?

Where did you get yours from, what I tried the last time didn't seem to help at all. Looking to try again, hopefully it will work.

It definitely helps. I'm not back to where I used to be with my supply (pumping almost 6 oz from each side) but my supply all the sudden almost disappeared and the pills brougt me back to about 3 oz pumped on each side. Half of what it used to be but better than the 1 oz total I was getting when it dropped.
I bought them at vitamin world and i know gnc sells them as well.
