How long do you brush the teeth of your one year old?
I've been brushing Leo s teeth since he got his first one yet I'm still averaging 8 seconds.

How long do you brush the teeth of your one year old?
LOL as long as she will let me!!
she has 4 teeth and normally i can get in and brush the bottom and top real quick and then she steals the brush and chews on it (which i consider partially brushing!).

Ditto. I try to get her teeth as best I can first while the toothpaste is on the brush, which doesn't usually last long. Then I let DD take the tooth brush and "brush, brush brush", which means chew on it to her. And then I take it and try to get her teeth one more time.

I use a toothbrush or finger brush whichever works better at the time!
It can last anywhere from 2-30 seconds.
My DS has 8 teeth and if I am using the finger brush he bites down and it really hurts me!

How long do you brush the teeth of your one year old?
My Twins are 19 months and i;ve been using a regular tooth brush since they were about 12 or 13 months. I still only get about 10 seconds out of each, and they fight tooth and nail on that 10 seconds. Then i give them the toothbrush and let them "brush" their own teeth.

I I can get a full 5 seconds I consider that SUCCESS!
He usually allows me a quick swipe at the front top and bottom before he decides he is going to chomp down on the brush and take over.
Getting a fast swipe at the sides requires me fighting to his flairing arms.
