Changing a toddler bed back to a crib?
Sounds like BS to me but when my mom bought ds's crib the sales associate told her once the crib was converted to a toddler bed, it was unsafe to convert it back to a crib for another child?
We are getting ready to transition my ds to a toddler bed but wasnt sure if we should just buy a toddler bed or convert the crib
thanks for any advice!

I have never heard that. But that doesn't mean its not true. Can you call the manufacturer and ask maybe? If you are going to need the crib for #2 sooner than later I would probably just buy B a different bed and save the crib. Or what I did is change Em;s crib to a toddler bed and when she gets older we will change it to a full size bed and when baby #2 comes we will buy a new convertible crib. Good luck

Hahaha so weird why someone would say that. Em did "ok" we put a gate up at her door so she can't leave her room. We now have to sit on her floor till she falls asleep which usually isn't very long. She will wake up now and then in the middle of the night and run to the gate and call for me but as soon as I go in there she runs back in her bed and I then sit there again till she falls back asleep lol. Its not horrible but I will admit on nights where I am exhausted and she wakes up I have been known to bring her in my bed just so I can go back to sleep lol. Good luck
