Here's my experience, take what you will..DD is tall for her age but not necessarily thick..she is in an 18-24 mo now but I bought size 2 at Crewcuts...the shorts had to be super buttoned on the inside so they weren't big but the length was great and the shirt was a great length and not too baggy...she is about 26 lbs. and 32 or so inches...hope this helps..

I find their stuff is very long. We have a few t-shirts in size 2 that fit DS perfectly (22 months) but button-down shirts are still too big on him. Haven't tried any pants.
