My daughter needs motion

My daughter's 7 1/2 months old and she only sleeps in the swing. We tried the cry it out method, she's not a fan of th crib. She'll only sleep in the crib for 3-4 hours a night. Anyone else in the same situation?

I was in that situation when we moved ds from the swing to the crib. He would only sleep for 3 hours in the crib. I was persistent & had a week of little sleep. After about a week he started sleeping 6 hours & then eventually the whole night. I didn't do cio because he was only 3 months.
