Great Pregnancy Event!
I'm not sure if anyone is familiar with Big City Moms, but they have some really great events. I went to an "Expectant Dinner" last night, and they provided so much info about the must haves for registering. They also give out great freebies. I won a changing pad, but a few ladies won strollers, one being the $1000 Orbit (I was VERY jealous). They also give out awesome gift bags filled with a TON of stuff. The ticket basically pays for itself after all the freebies.
They are known mostly for the big baby shower event they hold 2x a year, but for those who can easily get to the city, I highly recommend checking out some of the other events. here's the link:

They are every 6 months. Last year it was in November, so I assume it will be the same. My friend went to the one in May, and got so much stuff, her husband had to come get her with their car!
