After reading a lot of reviews on Amazon, I started with:

Then because I have a small frame, chronic back/spinal issues, and carrying twins, I ended up getting:

I'm sure a lot of people will think it's crazy, but I would basically be bed-ridden without it! It's made a HUGE difference for me.
