Who posted last week about going on your hands and knees to relieve something?
What were you relieving? I have been having terrible heart palps and I thought I remembered that is what this poster had also.
I tried to search back but couldn't find it.

Not sure if it will help heart palps, but can't imagine it would hurt. The dr just said it takes the baby off all your organs and veins. It really is a relief, but I wish I could stay longer like that.
ETA: For me, it was relieving dizziness.

I'm having horrible heart paps also... I can't find anything that gives me relief!
