Heat Rash - how to treat?
DS came home from exH's house with what appears to be heat rash on his inner thighs. Its bumpy red dots, red area, like really bad razor burn - he's only 4 and he's a DS so I'm pretty sure he wasn't shaving that area.
Anyway, how do you treat it? creams? powder?
TIA!!!

Re: Heat Rash - how to treat?
I put aquaphor on DD on the area at bedtime and that seems to help.

Re: Heat Rash - how to treat?
I've always made sure the area was clean and dry and put a little bit of baby powder on it, but no other creams or ointments. As long as they stay cool and dry (not sweaty) it should go away easily.

Re: Heat Rash - how to treat?
my son has been getting it on his chest - just from the heat, maybe friction with his shirt. aquaphor at night, powder during the day.
