Refinance with 2nd Mortgage
Has anyone successfully refinanced their 1st mortgage with 2nd mortgage being subordinated? I know it is possible, but was just wondering if anyone has been successful (especially in this market).

I have seen this done frequently even in the current down market. Whether you can do it all depends on your lenders' stance on your home's value versus your loan amounts. Each lender has different policies on Loan to Value (LTV) and Combined Loan to Value (CLTV).
