Swollen Feet
I got home from work today and took my socks and shoes off and noticed that my feet and ankles are super swollen. I know I need to drink a lot of water, limit my intake of salt, and keep them elevated. Are there any other remedies because none of those are helping and I am scared of getting a blood clot.

how about compression socks? I wear them regularly, even though my feet swell due to my work. Iwould recommend the pair i got from CVS. the ones at motherhood maternity are not strong enough.

Just today someone told me her Dr. said to eat egg whites and limes/lime juice.
Cant say I've heard of this but it cant hurt. right?
