GD girls- Meal Help
I will not be taking my classes for awhile or meeting with the dietician so I was hoping for some advanced help. I want to track what I already eat, without tweaking it just yet... to see exactly how many carbs and sugars I am consuming. But what guideline should I follow? Were you told to stay within a certain range? Like a certain carb/protein/fat percentage or ratio? Or a specific measurement of some sort? Please let me know!!

Here are the measurements for a generic GD diet. It differs from person to person but usually they suggest you start off on this and adjust accordingly:
breakfast - 15-30 g of carbs
snack - 15-30 g
lunch 30-45 g
snack - 15-30 g
dinner 45-60 g
snack - 15-30 g
Every meal and snack needs to be paired with protein.
You should eat something every 2-3 hours during the day and drink plenty of water to prevent ketones and fasting spikes.
