What are you paying for your newborn pics?
So in researching tons of newborn photographers I found some prices to be  and others more reasonable.
Just wondering what your paying for newborn pics or what you consider a decent price.

I think its a once in a lifetime chance so I'll pay whatever for the photographer I like best. The ones I'm looking at are between $800-$1200 and from their work, they are worth every penny. We will just budget for it because it's something we really want to do and want photos with a certain look to them.

i chose $300-$400 but it might come to slightly over $400...her base price is $300 for 50 photos and they come on a hi-res disc but i would like them printed and also prob for her to do the album for me because i know that i never will...especially when i have a newborn.

Mine was 400-600, but that included a cd with all the images. Some of the less expensive photographers didn't include that.
The range is so huge for what people pay!

My BFF is a photographer so mine are technically free (technically b/c of course I'll get her something for doing it and I'm making the hats and props).

That is great!! I don't think we'll be doing any NB pictures. At least not professional ones! DH would flip if I told him how much they cost.
