We are doing a refi with our same bank. Got quotes from our bank (wells) and got quotes from 2 different brokers. All about the same.
Does it make send to just use wells directly or do I use a broker. What is the benefit of using a broker ESP if you are sticking with the same bank. DH wants to deal with the bank directly and I am thinking maybe a broker would help things go more smoothly. What did everyone do
