Last day of work
Under normal circumstances, I'm sure anyone would be happy, but I'm not. I've been a nanny and second mother to a little girl for the past 3 years and the thought of not seeing her and her family has me in tears. I didn't think it would be this hard on me. Maybe my hormones are out of whack right now, but it's so upsetting. I know it's not a forever goodbye, but something I've been so used to for the past 3 yrs has come to an end and I just can't shake the feeling 
I haven't decided if I'll be coming back in sept for only a couple hours each morning with the girl (wanted to play it by ear having an infant to tote around as well), but after seeing my own reaction today... I don't see how I can NOT come back.
If I'm this attached, I can only imagine what the attachment must be like between a mom and her child 
Sappiness over... Carry on!

Aww it's ok  I know how attached you must be to her. But just think soon you'll be holding your own baby. I'm sure you miss her now but when you have your own baby in your arms you'll only be thinking about her!

Aww just think though, soon you'll be holding your own little girl in your arms. Being sad just shows what a great nanny you are and what a wonderful mother you'll be!

Thank you girls for the support! I def do care so much about all my little ones- both past and present and I can't wait for that next phase of caring for my own daughter  unconditional love must be a beautiful thing!
