Weight Watchers and Breast Feeding
I'm starting to think about losing all the weight i gained...i want to stat dieting the weeek i get home with baby..but i do want to try breastfeeding...can we do weight watchers and breastfeed? Anyone know?

Yep and you get extra points to add on each day if you are breastfeeding. 12 or 16 extra I think

If you do WW online, you check a box for breast feeding. I think they also recommend you increase your dairy consumption.
WW is really about portion control and eating healthy: fruits, veggies, whole wheat carbs, low fat meats. I think it would be excellent for post baby as long as you aren't overly restricting yourself and ensuring you get enough calories.

I got 49 points a day! I was losing weight without really having to try.

great, i need something structured..i can't just say "i'lll try to eat healther"..that won't work for me. I gained sooo much weight that i really want to start losing right away.
Time to say goodbye to my love affair with food!!!! It was fun for a while, but back to reality now.
