Endometrial Biopsy
How bad does it hurt? Someone told me to see if I could get half a valium!

Personally for me it wasnt bad. I took 2 motrin an hr before.

everyone is very different. Personally I found it painful.. DEF take advil at least 30 minutes before you go.
I can tell you that some girls dont find it painful at all. I hope that's you!!!

Not going to sugar coat this ... for me it was very painful. I took a valium beforehand to be able to try and calm down. The good news is its literally a few minutes. For everyone its different though so hopefully it wont be as bad for you. If it does hurt just keep reminding yourself that its almost over.. Its over quickly

It does hurt bad but it really only lasts for 30 seconds!

It did hurt- but it was over so quickly. I took 2 Advil an hour before and 1 more 30 min prior.
I found it to be not nearly as bad as everyone told me to expect. The water sonogram hurt me more than the biopsy.
You'll be ok.

it wasnt the most painful thing for me, but it was extremely uncomfortable...with a little bit of hurt in there too. They had to go in a second time to get a bigger sample, and that really sucked!
the only good news is that it does go very quick. From the time they called me in to the room to the time I left, it was less 15 minutes. And they had me rest for 5 mintues afterwards.
Def take advil an hour or so before.
