I have about 8 weeks left & I can't stop shopping for "regular" clothes
This just started last week. I'm building a PP wardrobe from my memory of my PP body with DS#1. I can't stop myself. I've already spent around $500 with summer tops, sundresses & shoes.  I have to write this out so that I can make a promise to STOP since my maternity leave is 100% unpaid.

Ohhhh I want to do this! I am so tired of my maternity clothes, and I cannot wait for the summer to be in sundresses and tanks.
Ok who am I kidding...I had DD 2 years ago at the same time and I spent the whole summer in nursing tanks.

I'm past my due date, and I'm just waiting for my LO to arrive, so all I have been doing is shopping!!!
I am a little hesitant about getting clothes bc I am scared my body won't bunce back, but I bought 4 pairs of shoes when Bloomies had the friends and family sale!!

That's funny because all I can think is how I'll still be wearing maternity clothes once baby comes! I did after I had DS - nothing like still looking a few months pregnant after giving birth and not having your regular clothes fit you
And I must be one of the few people that thinks maternity pants are more comfy than regular waist pants! lol.

I am with you. I am actually still (14 wks) wearing my one pair of maternity pants cause I love them so much. My baby weight is gone but in no way is my body the same and my old clothes do not fit yet.

OMG I've been soooo tempted! esp since stores have the fun springy/summery stuff out! I've been strong though, except for buying one maxi dress on zulily recently LOL

I know! That's what my problem is too! Summer clothes are so cute!
I'm playing it safe though & buying tops & sundresses that flare under the bust because I remember what the PP extra belly skin looks like under tight clothes.
