driving myself nuts with the waiting game
To recap, my last cycle ended in a chemical pregnancy. We decided to try again since I've read about how fertile you are following a loss. I'm on metformin 2000/day, aspirin, neurpath b, progesterone compound suppositories 200/day at night, and of course prenatals and dha.
My O date came late, as was expected following the chemical. We only BD'd twice, the day before O and the day of O.
Last week I was exhausted to hell and back but felt fine otherwise. Over the weekend my nipples started to hurt so badly that I'm dressing in layers to avoid wearing a bra. I've been very emotional the past week as well and that's not normal for me. I know that progesterone can cause all of this so I didn't think anything of it.
I am currently 12dpo and this morning I stood up and almost hurled instantly. I went to the bathroom and peed on an internet cheap test. I was surprised when I sort of saw the ink catch right away on the test line! Like a dummy, I grabbed it and the ink ran a little it looks like. So I do the next dumbest thing possible, pee on another stick 2 min after the 1st one and of course that one is negative because my urine was so diluted.
I called my dr and went for bloodwork and now I'm sitting and waiting and driving myself crazy. I will not pee on another stick, as I've been peeing all day the past few days and I'm afraid of another BFN so I'm just waiting. The dr should have the results by when they close at 4 so if I don't hear soon I'm going to call. Still, I'm going nuts. After so many losses, it's hard to hope and easier to be pessimistic but I can't squash the hope entirely! So I wait.

good luck!! This is why I pee in a cup and leave it there... incase the test didn't work.
Hope the Dr has a good update!!!!!

I called at 3:30 to make sure someone would call with the results before they closed at 4. The nurse called back and said I have your results but a dr has to read them and then I'll call u back. Still waiting

Test was negative- hcg was 1, progesterone was 11. Oh well
