Pressure/cramps at 23 weeks
So since yesterday I've been having pressure and cramps when I stand or walk....kinda hard to describe,feels like my uterus "hurts".... Do you think it's just ligament pains? I do have partial placenta previa and don't know if that has something to do with it. Thinking about calling the drs office, but I don't know

Considering you have partial placenta previa I would err on the side of caution and call the doctor.
You could also have a UTI or be dehydrated. Both of which should also be addressed.
Could be round ligament pain too, but better safe than sorry.

Call the doctor to ease your mind. I had some pain and pressure yesterday and I called she had me come in and it was nothing. We think it might be a little dehydrated or it could just be growing pains.
