What the heck was that?
I bent over to get something and maybe I bent over a little too far and felt a pain in in the front/side/above the groin area. Is that normal or has anyone experienced anything like that? I"m finding myself paranoid about every little thing that happens!

Ugh I feel like I'm getting stabbed in the vagina all the time... totally normal. I just had a pain like the one you're describing yesterday -- a little higher than usual. All the stretching and stuff never gets better, just worse lol.

i'm worried because i experience this almost EVERY day. i don't know if it's normal or not, but it doesn't feeeeeeel 'normal' since it hurts. sorry this doesn't help

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing it! It totally doesn't feel normal, but if someone else is feeling it, then it must be fun!

I'm having these too. Feels like you are being stabbed and ripped quickly, then it subsides. Then you stand there going 'what the hell was that?' I was told it's the uterus stretching.

stretching pain. My dr says if you have had a CS stretching pain is more painful sometimes bc of the scar stretching, which is thecase for me :(
I also get that pain when I bend over , dr says that's normal too

well then maybe that's why the pain is so bad for me... i had a CS almost 2 years ago.

I only get it when I bend over- but yes, it does feel like I'm getting ripped apart and I do say "Owwwwwwwwwwwww" Annoying! Glad to know its normal!

Thi happens to me a lot too especially if I move to fast, like jump put of bed or something. It feels like something is tearing and i have to like hunch over until the pain goes away. I remember having this alot with #1 too. Its your uterus stretching.

No, its not weird! It only happened twice- both this week (and I'm 16 weeks.)
