Please help with heartburn
It's been every time I eat the past few days. Does anyone recommend anything?? I really did not want to take medication for it, I just have a few weeks to go. I tried Tums...did not really help.

Babies r Us sells a box of maternity teas, one is specifically for heartburn. Maybe that will help, hope you feel better!!

jolly ranchers help me, drinking seltzer or gingerale and then burping  & also pepcide ac the chewable.

i had this terribly with my first. really awful. dr said pepcid complete was fine to take. i took it and it did wonders

Chew mint gum (any kind, perferably something strong) and drink cold water right after you put it in and chew for a few seconds...
That should help...
I use Tums as well and find relief with them though...

I had horrible heartburn with my frst pregnancy. Everything, including water, gave me heartburn. The only thing that helped was Zantac 75. I could take it twice per day, but I generally only took it in the late afternoon or evening, which is when my heartburn really acted up.

Thanks everyone! I've tried the milk, seltzer to help burp..nothing is doing it. I am going to try the tea if not I will speak with my dr. Thanks again!!
