Ugh, having to use specialty Pharmacies suuuucks!!!
Last Tuesday i asked Dr B for more Neupogen... they call it into Kraupners... i get a call from Freedom saying they got my scrip that they need my insurance info...
Apparently UHC wont approve it with Kraupners anymore... fine... Weds i call Freedom and give them my insurance and cc and they schedule the delivery for THIS tuesday... on Monday I get a call that they cant fulfill it either... That it has to go through Accredo/medco... UHC's mail order pharmacy... FINE WHATEVER... just send me my shit...
I get a call today at 12 that Accredo cant do it either... And they give me 2 numbers for pharmacys that can do it...
I finally was able to set it up with Prescription Solutions... and they were able to get it out to me tomorrow which is just in time for me to need it...

yes, i agree!! with my last experience with ICORE i hope this cycle is def it for us cause i do not want to deal with them again....and you know what really gets annoying with the specialty pharmacies? the fact that you probably spoke to about 4 different people but no one knew exactly what to do with your meds....smh. For me, everyone kept saying i had to contact someone else....it was so frustrating!

Its such BS!! I've had issues with my ins co pretty much every month! I had to threaten to sue them after being on the phone for over an hr because they messed up my Ovidrel order. They finally filled it with Kraupners that time. It's gotten to the point that I've paid OOP for covered things like lupon and progesterone supps just so I'd know I had stuff on time.
