If u had a growth sono around 33 weeks
What did your baby weigh?
I went yesterday and the baby weights 5lbs, 5oz. I am going to Carter's today to return all of the newborn clothes and buy 0-3mo clothes. The dr said the baby is going to be a BIG baby.
I'm glad I am having a c/s.

My baby was about 5 lbs 8 oz.
I just had him at 37 weeks, 2 days. He was 7 lbs 12 oz. at birth.

at almsot 35 weeks they said a little over 5 pounds. Oh I didn't even think to return the NB size. uh oh

At 32 weeks this baby weighed 4lbs 11oz.
I go for another sono on Monday and will be 37 weeks so I am curious to see what it weighs now!
I looked back through my pregnancy records with Emily and at 34 weeks she was already 6lbs 11oz and she was 9lbs 10 oz at birth!

My DD2 was 4lb9oz at 32 weeks. She was born 9lb 9.5oz at 41 weeks.

I'd probably keep some nb stuff just in case. With my 1st I had a growth sono at exactly 36w and they told me that he was already 6lbs 9oz & to expect a really big baby, but when I had him 2 weeks later at 38w he only weighed 6lbs 10oz! You never know

Don't return the newborn clothes yet. Those growth sono are not always accurate. Plus, even if you have a 8lbs baby, they most likely will be in Newborn. My DS was 7lbs 11oz and in Newborn for 4 weeks. 0-3 clothes where huge on him.
