Just a thought...
For moms that are going to have (or hope to have) a vaginal delivery, keep this word in mind:
EPIFOAM
It's a foamy mousse-like medication that you can only get in the hospital (and my hospital wouldn't write a Rx for it) that works WONDERS on the hoo-ha after a vaginal delivery... especially if you've had an episiotomy. It was the ONLY thing that made me comfortable.
If you make a connection with your nurse, ask her for another bottle before you leave... you won't regret it.

It's (I'm hoping  ) an external foam? Does it like numb the area? If so, SIGN ME UP!! I had an episiotomy with DD and anything to help soothe the area was a godsend!
