round ligament pain ...grrr

so this started around 3 months or so and would only happen every couple weeks or so and ONLY at night when i roll over.

it goes from side of abs/ribs to ****** but only on the side and happens when i roll to left or right.

i swear i start screaming bc the pain is sooooooooooo instense. maybe last 30 seconds but my god!!!!

are there any stretching excercises or is it pretty much just the baby growing and nothing i can do about it?

I here ya!! It's the worst! I find if I reach over my head and stretch back and away from the side that's tight it helps. You might be able to feel a knot or trigger point and apply a bit of pressure to relieve it. If you go half way between your belly button and the bone that juts out on your hip it's right about there. Hth!!

Yes! It almost feels like a charly horse in your belly right? I get the same thing when I flip from one side to the other! I just try and breathe through it....and hope I can stay comfortable long enough to not have to flip again in 15 minutes!
