spring 2010 and around 2 y.o. dc g2g?
looking to set up a g2g for ds to meet some new friends around his age.. so any spring 2010 mommies wanna g2g? where do u all live? im in massapequa. ds will be 2 march 31... anyone interested?
ETA: so im thinking since most are saying weekends, a saturday is better than a friday? i have never been to le play cafe so can we just walk in and have kids play there if we have a decent size group of do we have to call and make an appointment and pay? sorry im clueless but i really want to set up a g2g but i have never been to any of these play places haha.
Ok, so this is who is interested so far! I looked up everyones childrens name , some aren't listed so if you could just fm me or post what their names are and yours and ill post them and make name tags when the time comes... oh, and also add if you'll be bringing any of your other children as well...

also, id love to host a g2g at my house too , this way time etc arent a problem. dh and i built a new house last year but still in the process of finishing up (finishing basement, switching office to playroom on main floor, spare bedroom, redoing ds's room to put toddler bed, etc. it never ends) so when all is done and i have an official playroom area on the main floor and in basement, then it will be ideal to have a g2g here!

great! i am excited. i have been on this site and liw since i got married in 2007 and dont know anyone irl yet. everytime there was a g2g, i missed it for one reason or another .. so now is this time!

I'm in West Islip and would love to get together. DD will be 2 at the end of march.
Weekends work best for me- but if I know in advance I can swing other days too.

Same here! I've been on LIW since 2008 and this site since 2010. I have a 15 month old and we are in Suffolk.

Yayyy I'm so excited!!!! Ok so tomorrow I'll update original thread with who's coming and dc ages etc. where should we meet though? I'm not familiar with too many kids play places so I'm up for ideas.... Also add what day good for u girls fri or sat and how soon ... I'm looking forward to this !!

I'm interested depending on the date. I can do Fridays anytime between after 9:30 and before 2:30 (have to pick up DD#1 from school at 3pm). Weekends are kinda busy but not out of the question.

I can host here when it gets warmer and we can hang out outdoors. I have a great backyard for kids and every toy imaginable.

I can do it when it gets warmer too bc I have big yard too and will be done with Renos by spring summer. But I'm trying to set something up for now too but it's indoor weather now unfortunately

Count me in Michelle - DD Caroline will be 2 in April
Depending on how many of us there are we may be able to reserve somewhere just for us...i'm not sure, but somewhere like little gym or all american gymnastics might end up being the same price or close to it as if we go somewhere public. something like we did with Gymboree when Andrea set it up, maybe FM Ang Rich and see what she did. If you want me to ask her I will just let me know.
