Energy Food

So I'm 13w and for the past few weeks have really been feeling great. Not sure what happened yesterday, but since then I've been feeling so out of it. So exhausted and can barely keep my head up. I realized that between Monday and Tuesday I probably didn't have much protein (not sure if that's the cause of this). Ate some egg whites with spinach this morning. Any suggestions for lunch? What have you ladies been eating lately?

I am vegetarian so I try to get protein from
eggs
beans
hummus
veggie burgers
Kashi cereal have protein in them
peanut butter and other nuts is good (I dont eat it I am allergic)
ARnolds bread has a double protein brand/multi grain bread that is delicious
