Ds has a bug today

I was happy to have the holiday off... But then I woke up to ds who's almost 3 throwing up on the bed. I gave him a shower at 6am! Since then I have gone through so many sheets, pads, clothes.

Here I am thinking I'm lucky I'm only 6 weeks along cause otherwise with my nausau I wouldn't be able to tollerate cleaning up his. But now I'm worried about catching the stomach bug.

Then on top of it I found out upsetting news about my uncle who past away last month..... who's name I was going to use for a middle name for the baby I'm expecting. Thats just not happening anymore.

Sorry you are having a rough time today. Hope your DS feels better soon and that you avoid getting it.

I caught a vicious stomach bug early in my preg and the drs weren't too concerned at all.. just told me to drink what I could, esp gatorade and get through it. Good luck! Hope DS feels better. It's going around unfortunately!

So sorry about all your'e going through. DD had a stomach virus 3 weeks ago unfortuntlly I couldn't avoid it but I hope you can. Just remember to drink a lot of fluids after it passes if you do get it.

thanks. it seemed like it lasted for him from just before 6am to 2pm...

then I had to wait for dh to get home from work so I could nap cause we didn't want ds to throw up in his sleep and me not hear him if I slept heavy. SOOOOO tough cause I wanted a nap so bad.

Now if I don't get it today then I should be OK. Although I woke up feeling empty but nausea and wonder if morning sickness is starting up.
