BBB screwed up my furniture order
So I checked my receipt to get the number to BBB so I can schedule a date for them to deliver  crib and dresser, and the guy that placed the order ordered the furniture in the wrong color! 
Thankfully, when I called BBB they said I can come in and cancel my order and just re-order the correct color.
PSA ladies - check your receipts and order forms carefully!
