"meralgia paresthetica" (thigh pain)
so i did a lot of walking today and noticed the outside of my right thigh became really tingly and numb.. so i googled it and found out it is called "meralgia paresthecia" which apparently can happen because of pregnancy or putting on weight. has anyone else experienced this? im worried because im only 12 weeks so im a little worried its going to get worse as the weeks go on!

Yea actually!! Very early on too. Like definitely before 20w. My right more than my left. It's more annoying than anything.

Started around 12 weeks for me too! It has come and gone in intensity. Early on it was tingly and painful. Now it is usually just numb/tingly. Actually its been better after 20 weeks so far (I guess the baby moved up a bit, I'm 27 wks now). It is annoying but nothing to worry about long term.

yea its so weird.. even when laying in bet last night in certain positions, i still felt it!
