NERVOUS -- UPDATE
I was having mild cramping before and I just went to the bathroom and Im spotting ... it was only when I wiped.
Do you think somethings wrong?
update: Throughout the night whenever I went to the bathroom, there was nothing there. Just that one time. I woke up this a.m. and there was nothing there thankfully. I have an appt tomorrow for the 1st ultrasound.

Honestly, this early it can go either way... It can be very normal though and bleeding is common especially in an ivf pregnancy. Try to stay off your feet when you can.

I second this and am  for you.
Try not to get too worried.. if the spotting turns into a bleed and the cramping gets worse, call the dr in the morning.

My first pregnancy I had that turns out I had placenta previa. Just call your doctor and let them know and they will tell you spotting it normal but if it keeps happening let them know again that you want to be checked out.

When I got pregnant with DD after IVF I had bad cramping (AF type cramping) and I spotted red. I thought for sure it was over. DD is 4 now. Try to keep positive although it's hard. I remember the nurse telling me spotting is very common after IVF

I had the same issue, I actually started bleeding bright red and thought I was mc. Turns out I had an subchorionic hematoma (which is another very common thing with IVF), which was causing the bleeding. I know how scary it can be, but the good thing is that it has stopped. Try to be calm.
