We had an issue last week with the velcro tab actually RIPPING off the back of her diaper and therefore leaked while she was sleeping.
They just sent me a coupon for a FREE PACKAGE OF PAMPERS!!

I had a similar situation, the huggies overnites that i bought for his weight, didnt fit his heiny, so i called and they sent me a coupon for a free jumbo pack of any huggies diapers and then a few other coupons for a few bucks off. Gotta love complaining!!!!!
