Help with nursery paint decisions!
We're headed to buy paint for the nursery tomorrow. Originally we were going to do cream colored wainscoting and then paint a green on the top. We have pink bedding and will have pink valances and accents.
Unfortunately, we have to forego the wainscoting bc we have limited time and will be doing a chair rail instead. My debate is whether we should keep the bottom half cream or switch it around and do a green bottom and cream on top?? I know it's more traditional to have the darker color (green) on bottom, but for a nursery is it better to have the brighter color on the top? I don't know if it will look boring to have cream on top. Thoughts? (and sorry this ended up so long!)

I'd stick with the darker color on bottom, we also did a chair rail and this is the way we did it. I feel like it would look funny if the darker color was on top but that's just me.

Re: Help with nursery paint decisions!
I actually think the green would look nicer on top especially for a nicer, as long as its a light green. I think it will pop a lot more with the pink

I like the cream on the bottom, green on top.
