I'm looking for a low chest of drawers that can work in a living room
I get up super early, so to prevent waking up hubby & dd, I get dressed in my living room and bathroom (apartment living). I currently use the living room closet and a tufted bench to store my work clothes, shoes and coats, but it's just not working. The bench is a mess, the closet is a mess--everything is a mess!
I saw this at Ikea, and it's perfect, I just don't like the black/white--I wish it was black and brown to go with my decor. I really need something chestnut or in the brown family, though I'm open to lots of suggestions.
(The Ikea chest is $99, but I'm willing to spend more!)

Try the Besta from Ikea. You can configure it however you want. You can also install drawers. The frames come in black/brown and they have a couple of really nice options on the doors.
