What to do with baby?

My baby is 9 weeks old, and I don't know if I am doing enough with her. When she is awake, I talk to her and sing to her when she is being bathed and dressed, or just hanging out; I talk to her while I am feeding her, and she goes in her swing and bouncy seat. I just don't know if I should be stimulating her more. I feel like she only does those things for a short time before she starts crying and then I try putting her to sleep.

Is this normal for this age, or should she be staying awake and being engaged more?

their attention span is so short.....

try a gym mat with dangling toys

try using a toy and having her track with her eyes.

A great book is Your Childs First year, week by week and each week has the highlighted milestones and games you can play.

They say to use their name alot, singing is good, telling her about your daily activities as you do them.

Normal...take her out if you can. Babies love to be outside and so will you.
