Nevermind- I bought 'em!
I'm all ready to order MIL a pair of Sorel snow boots, but the last couple of people said they didn't really like them. But then other people say they love them. I'm okay with getting them and having her return them because I'm at that point right now, but I'd prefer it if she was just satisfied with the gift I actually got her!
I need the boots to be warm, waterproof, reasonably stylish, and under $140. Any ideas? Or should I just go with Sorel?
ETA: I'm looking specifically at Sorel Tivoli? Anybody have these boots? They are supposedly lighter than most other Sorel boots while still being super warm.
ETAA: Nevermind! I went ahead and bought them. Endless.com is having a great boot sale- 30% off if you spend $80, free 2-day shipping, free returns. Why the heck not?

I have them and love them. Definitely lighter than many other comparable boots. Hope your MIL likes them!
