I want to make a salad with grapes, goat cheese or gorgonzola, candied nuts...what dressing would you do?

I'm thinking a light balsamic....Any recipes or brand you like?

With the candied nuts and grapes I'd probably want something that balances the sweet with the richness and tangy flavor of the goat cheese. I think a balsamic vinaigrette is good.. maybe do some balsamic, olive oil, garlic and a squirt of honey to cut across the zing. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning to taste plus salt and pepper.

I agree with doing either a balsamic (love this with goat cheese) or maybe a raspberry vinaigrette.

Ok...I make something like that with my strawberry spinach salad.

So I'm right with balsamic...sometimes I question myself.

A port wine reduction would be amazing on that. And instead of grapes, do roasted pear. Freakin delish

That does sound good!
I saw on food network where they took green & red 1/2ed grapes & made a checkerboard & put the greens on top.

The presentation looked beautiful.
