18mos-3 years old unless it's the Can You Point The Fingers And Do The Twist then you'd be good to at least 38 years old.

I have the CD's and put them on in the house all the time for Ryan (but he likes any kind of music)
I have to say- I dont hate them.... but I know like all their songs... since I hear it through out the classrooms @ work...

My DS  who is 7 months LOVES THEM. He watches them at 9 am every morning and the Doodle Boops too! They just dance and sing, very appropriate for all ages.
