Anyone on LI renting out an apt?
My sis and her bf are looking - preferrably Nassau.

If your sister and her bf would consider using a realtor, have her contact me (my info is in the business directory). My office has a lot of rentals, including some office exclusives that aren't on MLS. Most of them are on the south shore or central Nassau (my office is in N. Bellmore), so if she is looking on the north shore, I wouldn't really have anything.
If she wants to avoid using a realtor and paying a fee, Craig's list is probably her best bet (or local publications, such as the Pennysaver, Town Crier, etc.).

I am.
It's on Nassau/Suffolk border north shore, it's perfect for a couple and is considered high end/luxury.
