That looks fine to me! Dress it up with jewelry (and heels if you're still up to them) and you're set. I like the dress and even if it's not 100% dressy enough you totally get a pass for being prego. I went to a black tie optional sat night evening wedding and saw a few women in business type pants. Now THEY had no excuse and looked under dressed imo. You'll be more than fine!

dress up with custom jewerly, heels, nice bolero/jacket and have a nice updo/make up.

THIS!!!! you are pregnant so you get the PG pass card. Wear whatever you are comfy in.
I have a wedding Fri night and I have to say I will wear something similar. I don't care if someone thinks its not dressy enough. They should be happy I came to celebrate with them.

I 100% believe ANY outfit, within reason, can be dressed up or down for an ocassion! Get a blow out or some curls, cool accessories, and comfy cool shoes or boots. You will be smokin hot!
