and that is not just water.....its any drinks. So you can count other things you are drinking.

Yeah one gallon. Nurse threatened to put me on iv bedrest if i didnt get my fluids up.
Eta im also not allowed any tea especially green because its a diuretic.

the more you drink the easier it gets.
when i was pg i began drinking water through a straw ~ it helped me suck it down faster and helped cut the heartburn.

Yea, and its really not good  My Dr. was down my back today about not drinking the right things and not eating well. I really need to change my habits. I purchased my first bottle of water today..
